What's the best online retailer to buy parts for a new system?

I'm going to build a computer for my brother because he just started work and doesn't have a lot of time to be shopping for parts and building a new computer. I was just wondering who is the best online retailer to order the parts from. I know I can find really low prices on Pricewatch, but I'm worried about good service. I figured since I'm buying all the parts for a new system that I should just order them all from one company, so I won't have to pay a fortune for shipping. What company has the best combination of price and service? I used to hear a lot of good things about Onvia, but now apparently not a lot of people like them. How about MWave?.....any others?

mwave is not bad, but for the absolute best deal around...i'd have to say AT's very own for sale forum

Yeah, I'll admit that there are really good deals in the for sale forum, but since I'm looking to build a complete system, I think it would take me a long to find all the parts I need. Plus, since this system is not for me, I have to be a little more cautious about warranty stuff.
