Sick of buying $14-18/lb. wild salmon. Farm raised fish don't have very much omega-3 fatty acids because of the diet that they are fed.
What are some other options?

Just make damn sure you eat something before taking them - I made the mistake of taking a couple of omega3 pills on an empty stomache...

I've always been a fan of helping someone in these predicaments. Thus, I feel it is important to recommend Fish Oil Pills.
That, and I cannot stand the taste of fish. You can get other fatty acids from plenty of other sources too. Sunflower seeds, peanuts, etc. Sunflower seeds have a good amount of an Omega-6 fatty acid.
