Newer Live! Value OEM cards (typically dubbed Value "Digital" have the yellow miniplug SPDIF output on the backplate of the card. The only difference between this card and a retail X-Gamer is the SPDIF CD header and of course, the included software.

Well Mr. Nitpicker, he referred to SPDIF jack, which can be a number of things.... For example, the retail Live! cards all have both a SPDIF CD input header as well as a miniplug SPDIF output on the backplate (the yellow jack).
