What's the difference between these two Intel CPUs?

I am confused about what's the difference between two as model number is same but price is different.

There is no difference that I can see. I was expecting one to be OEM and the other more expensive one to be the retail packaging. But there is nothing indicating that anywhere that I can see. I dont know if I could trust a site that has such wide spreads in pricing between sellers, especially since its more than one seller for each model.

I tried to see the difference and I can't seem to find one. Like the user above mentionned, I also thought one was OEM while the other was with retail packaging. No information mentionning this.

There is no warranty from Intel on OEM CPUs. There is no stock cooler with them either.

The boxed one with warranty and cooler is also cheaper if I read it right?

Yeah this is a bit weird for sure looks exactly the same.... AS others have stated one might be OEM and the other retail but im not sure,.
