Whats the first thing you do when you get home from work

My GF cant stand it. She changes into jeans when she gets home. I tell her to try underwear around the house...its great. I always thought I got this trait from my dad who would do the same thing. Except he wore briefs around the house.

Go directly to the backyard to play with the dog. I don't even change out of work clothes. He will literally jump up at me when I walk in the door and then after a few seconds of petting him, he will bolt to go find his ball and head to the back door. If I pass the kids on the way through the kitchen or living room I give them each a kiss on their head.

I would never wear pants if I didn't have to. I rarely wear shoes unless I have to go somewhere and I haven't worn a tie in probably a decade.

Walk to the end of the driveway and leaf through the mail in the mailbox. Generally leave it all for the wife to grab, since the first thing she does an hour or two later when she gets home is check the mail. Then I walk over to the dogs, pet or play with the pyrs for a few minutes. Then, decide, "fuck it, she'll never know" and go ahead and do all the chores (feeding the dogs, feeding the goats, etc.) while wearing my good work clothes. (When she gets home a few hours later... she knows - "I wish you wouldn't wear your good shoes into the barn.")

Yes! In the summer sometimes I sprawl on the bed naked with the ceiling fan on too before changing, just to get cold for a bit before moving again.

Keys and shoes by the door, cooler and work bag on top of the washing machine. Then usually get a beer or coffee, and catch up on the delights the internet created for me since the last time I checked. Pants stay on until I decide to take a shower. That could be soon after getting home, or late. After the shower I put on clean boxers and a Tshirt for the rest of the night.
