I never eat lunch. It goes Breakfast ---> School ---> Dinner

Your metabolism slows down, making your next meal longer to process. Additionally, if you starve the body, the body will store more of the next meal as fat instead of trying to burn it off because the body's intake habbit will break. Basically it doesn't know when it's going to get food again and starts stock piling it.
Best to eat a very small breakfast, very small brunch, very small lunch, very small late afternoon snack, and very small supper later in the evening.
