What's the harm in not eating lunch?

May lead to overeating at dinner to compensate. If done consistently can slow down your metabolism.

Your metabolism slows down, making your next meal longer to process. Additionally, if you starve the body, the body will store more of the next meal as fat instead of trying to burn it off because the body's intake habbit will break. Basically it doesn't know when it's going to get food again and starts stock piling it.

Best to eat a very small breakfast, very small brunch, very small lunch, very small late afternoon snack, and very small supper later in the evening.

There is nothing really wrong with it from my understanding unless you are trying to control your metabolism...in that case, eating smaller portions more often is the way to go. You certainly will not be helping yourself lose weight by skipping.

I rarely eat breakfast and I've been doing fine. It's been years since I've regularly eaten breakfast. It doesn't bother me anymore.

i went 3 months without eating dinner, i didn't eat because i was too busy. So I would try my best to pound in food during breakfast dinner but it wasn't the same. I started losing massive amounts of weight, went from 195 to 165 (i'm 6'1'') and at that point I looked in the mirror and said, this is ridiculous, so I started forcing myself to relax and take a lunch.

Back up to normal weight and happiness

u need to eat 3 meals a day, end of story....but if you do skip 1 skip breakfast IMO

I skipped breakfast every day for a couple years until I realized it sucks. I love breakfast.
