BBQ Root Beer Chicken: (crockpot recipe)

2 bottles of BBQ sauce (I use two different flavors of Kraft)
12 ounces of Root Beer
6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
(optional) Whatever spices you have on-hand (garlic powder, Kosher salt, etc.)

Dump in everything but the chicken, stir around to mix, then add the chicken (make sure it's covered in the sauce). Cook on low in the crock pot for 5 hours, shred with a couple of forks, throw back in and cook for another hour. It's like pulled pork, but better. And the longer it stays in the fridge after cooking, the better it tastes (it can marinate up to a week and the leftovers taste even better!).

Right now I'd say my projector.

I bought an $1800 TV that I used a lot for a few years then it sat in my basement for a year not even plugged in. Just sold it for $400.

My projector though, I've only been able to use it for a year or so. Moved and then moved again without hooking it up. I plan on buying a ceiling mount for it but still haven't

I have a couple thousand dollars worth of car audio equipment sitting in the corner- I did use it in my old car, I just haven't gotten around to installing in my new car yet (not sure I will either...would love to have it up and running again but not sure how long I'm going to be in the new car).

Can't think of anything very expensive that I've bought and *never* used. I have a bluray player that I got as a gift that I've never used since I have a ps3..that's about all I can think of

I have quite a few pairs of shoes I've yet to use. Most expensive? Probably some Galaxy Foamposites. I would say my Air MAGs, but I've worn those. =( I got a couple pairs of Jordans I haven't worn either, but I scored most of them retail.

Mitsubishi Eclipse Turbo - We wanted a car to save on gas so of course we bought the cool looking turbo with the high tail. It runs on PREMIUM DOH! (Stupid I know.) And best I can tell the throttle pedal is a noise increaser mostly. Acceleration doesn't improve with pedal smashing.

Then a fellow who couldn't speak English put his car in reverse and backed over the hood of the car in the QT parking lot. Good thing he had an out of state license, had no insurance and the police didn't give a damn. So we ate the expense of repairing it.

Now it has an electrical problem that drains the battery all the time. It really makes a good place to store boxes and junk while it occupies the premium spot in the garage. I really would like it to go away!
