What's the most number of hours you've worked in a week

112 hours. It gets cray cray sometimes on the stage. The last pilot I did we were there till 4am on the last day. So it was

day 1 9am to 9pm

day 2 9am to 11pm

day 3 9am to 4am

Now imagine 6 weeks of stage time on a feature with constantly changing picture because of vfx. Easily hit 112 hours. In fact it gets to a point where they dont want you driving and hire drivers for everyone.

When I was a medical resident we did every other night call for 2 weeks in order to get a week off for Christmas/new years. That's 36 hours on, 12 hours off, 36 hours on, etc.

I can say with certainty that after working 120 hour weeks (which was routine in those days), you're really not thinking straight after about 1 month.

Probably about 105, boss went basaltic and said that was way too much OT, yet the next week, asked me to work through the weekend which would have put me over 105 again.

Around 70 hours. Took over a kitchen that was in baaaad shape. Did about a month of 70 hour weeks. Not anymore though. Fuck that.

Probably 70 hours or roundabout. Working utility construction and it sucks at night because you have to rely on head lights or back hoe lights which blinds you looking that direction and casts long shadows the other. The flashing strobe lights can get to ya too.

I once worked 60 hours in 3 days shoveling snow. Made $1200.

Its technically true, there are just tons of exemptions, as long as your position meets the criteria of the federal exemptions, then you're shit out of luck.

About 85 hours in one week. I once had 11 12 1/2 hour a day shifts in a row at a corporate data center, covering the shifts for two guys who were on vacation. Man, that sucked, but the overtime was awesome.
