Touch wood i haven't had anything too bad happen to me, the most painful thing i can think of is spraining my wrist.

How about everyone else?

Also, the stories behind them!

Not much, punching a door and then breaking my pinky finger, funny thing is I felt like a dumbass but then I met 3 other people within like 2 months that did the exact same thing.

The metacarpal or just the finger bone? I've broken the little finger metacarpal twice and the ring finger one once on my right hand..

In a cabin in the woods with no electricity, kept a citronella candle burning to keep bugs away, animal knocked it over (found animal foot prints in the wax) and set it ablaze while I was sleeping... smoke inhalation kept me unconcious. My friend who was also in the same place somehow woke up and dragged me out but the damage was done at that point. He did save my life however so I can't be too upset

Broke my elbow in a couple places falling off playground equipment...Don't remember it, but I remember bruising my lower arm bone years later...Hurt like a b!tch. Um...Hit in the forehead with a metal baseball bat, pretty young for that one. It's an interesting story...

I was really little, and my parents had taken me (and my siblings) to a fourth of July party. We (all of the children) were playing baseball, and I ran out in front of the guy batting to tell him to put on his helmet...He, ah, couldn't stop in time.

Gall bladder.

MUCH worse than my 1991 car accident - broken pelvin, shattered sacrum, etc...

The morphine REALLY takes the edge off though.

Yeah it did, the 2 months in the hospital + physical therapy + learning how to walk again was worse though. Also when they had to debreed the wounds (poke them, drain them, cut off excess messed up tissue).. that was probably the worst part. Luckily at the time of the accident I was running on pure adrenalne so it wasn't so bad until I realized what had happened.

I had the worst headache imaginable. No, it was worse than anything I could have ever imagined. Doctor had a nurse take me immediately across the parking lot to the hospital for an emergency CAT scan. I barely remember any of it, except the pain. If there's a 1 to 10 scale for pain, that headache means that nothing else I've ever experienced rates above a 3. Hitting a finger with a hammer: that'd be below a 1 on the 1 to 10 scale.
