Factories of Death I think

Edit
The Japanese army that conducted these scientific experiments upon live human beings were granted immunity from the US Army's war crimes investigation in return for the results of their experiments. :|

The Germans did much of the same to the various persecuted ethnic and religious groups. Unfortunately, much of modern internal medicine was based on these horrible experiments.

not sure but I remember watching a movie about it as a child.. they'd put a man in the pressure chamber and see how he reacts when they jack up the pressure rating.. and dipping people's hands in ice water for days and quickly dip them in hot water to see the skin fall off...

There's been so much human cruelty in our brief reign on this planet. It would be nice if it all ended someday...likelihood of that is zero, but it would be nice.

As a people, the Japanese are horrible people - at least they were in the 1940's. I still don't trust em...

My Uncle could tell you some stories if the Japanese hadn't been such cruel and inhuman sub-human animals.

I think I watched the same movie as a kid . The Chinese title for that movie is literally "Black Sun". I felt like going into a shooting rampage in J-town after watching the movie.

Just rememeber all the cruel things the Japanese did the next time they start complaining about the two A-bombs being dropped on them.

1.) Bataan(sp) Death march
2.) The rape of Nanking
3.) Unit 731

Some people say i'm stupid for not buying japanese cars. I'm not stupid. I understand that I can't avoid all japanese products, I also understand that "Japanese" cars may not even be made in Japan BUT

the growth of the Japanese Auto industry was a significant economic landmark. SO I chose to not buy any Japanese cars as a SYMBOLIC gesture. Sure it doesn't mean anything except to me and the people that know me. I make it a point to tell all people around me that I chose not to buy japanese cars and WHY.

Just like i don't think we as americans should EVER forget 9-11, I also believe that as an Ethnic korean I should never forget what the Japanese did to the Korean (and other) peoples during WWII.

Please show me an example of the Britsh taking tens of thousands of prisoners and starving and working them to death? (I am not saying there are innocent of any coordinated war crimes, but I don't think you can compare anyone in the last 200 years to the Germans and Japanese during WWII.

you are going to have to be more specific than that. I will grant you that cruel exploitation occured, but I am looking for systematic extermination.

All parties in war, throughout history have done things that were less than desireable. American soldiers did horrendus things to Japanese soldiers, as Japanese soldiers did to them. As far as experimentations, yes that is horrible, and it was with Hitler's Regime too. Fact is that especially in war time situations, humanity is capable of carrying out deeds that normally wouldn't cross their minds.

Sad but true.

This everyone else did it. . . . just doesn't fly with me. the fact that others did it does not excuse what was done by the japanese.

The main thing is that the Japanese don't acknowledge the crimes!!
The Germans have been assuming their responsability since WW2

Acts of individual cruelty are universal during wartime. War does strange things to people and some men are pushed over the edge into horrible acts. Systematic abuse, cruelty, genocide that is sanctioned and organized by the military / civilian power structure is ENTIRELY different.

Go put that in your naive liberal pipe and smoke it.
