I think you are looking at the transmission towers on top of 4 Times Square and the Bank of America Tower. They look like they are on the same building but they aren't.

If I have my Google Earth viewpoint correct, the twin towers in the foreground are the Silver Towers at 620 West 42nd Street.

I came to the exact same conclusion. I used the Empire State building as a reference, looked east, and figured it was on 42nd. You can make the two spires look like they are on the same building.

My guess would be that is correct.... it's an optical illusion based on the angle.
