nicest neighborhood is relative, but in general meaning nice houses with well kept yards, safe neighborhood, good schools, low crime.

I'm pretty close to Point Grey, which is pretty nice. I actually like the West-end as a neighbourhood though, it's much more low-key and relaxed.

McLean, VA. Arlington in general is pretty nice, but not as nice as our neighbor.

hmm.

Russell Woods or St. Clair Beach maybe? (Southwestern Ontario, near Windsor)

Riverside Drive also has a lot of beautiful homes on the waterfront side of the street. $$$$$$$$$$$$$

I am surrounded by them and live in one i suppose. The most expensive one near me would probably be Leawood, KS.

The nicest houses around neighborhood are in the $800k range.
In other places in Rockland County, it's around $1+ million. Go over to Westchester County, it's multimillion.

The money buys everything you described.

Problem is you used two relative terms - nice and near. Your use of the word neighborhood implies you're looking in a small geographical area - but you live in NJ, and you picked a "neighborhood" (town) that's two states away.

The nicest neighborhood near me is the one across the road from my house. Probably $800k houses on an acre of land. There are nicer neighborhoods farther away.
