DDR2-800 is still considerably more expensive at least where I live compared to 667, so I opted for 667 instead of 800. Makes a big difference in price if you're going for 8GB RAM like me.
As far as C2D FSB goes, divide it by 4 (1333/4=333) and divide DDR2 by 2 (667/2=333), so it is 667's that work in sync with 1333FSB C2D's.
