Just a little sarcasm on my part since I'm anti-Kerry(and no, I've decided not to vote for Bush either, but I'd vote for Bush 100 times before I voted for Kerry).

In the debates his usual retort to anything was "I have a plan" or "I believe".
And then he gives his website. The guy apparently can get through the first few words but then forgets which plan he is going to propose today. Thus the website comes into play because then he doesnt have to say anything and instead lets the random generator on the webserver serve up a random plan picked from a list that is proven to please everybody if it was all implemented at once.

Now that was a runon sentence

I tell you what, you read his website's plan and see if you can come up with any specifics for implementing this big "plan" of his.
