what's wrong with IE7?

some websites just doesn't work with IE7
when I go to firefox website, "download firefox free" in green box is just not there
there are other websites with things that don't show up on IE7, like drop down menu etc...
I think it's some option in IE7 not turned on/off but i've setted everything default and it doesn't help

firefox site works fine for me however the quick reply on AT doesn't work with IE7.

What's wrong is M$ stole everything that is good about it from Mozilla. This is just another attempt to use their dominance on the Operating System market to try to dominate the Web Browser market. They lost an anti-trust case about this a few years back, got off with a slap on the wrist, and failed to change their ways. I will never ise IE no matter how hard they try to shove it down my throat.
