If he never found out about it -> not funny to anyone.

If he does find out because he got someone pregnant or an STD -> not funny to anyone, except your lawyer.

Someone once posted a link here - some dude on some other forum masturbated over his cousin's tampons and put them back in the package and told her about it a week later. When she freaked out, he said, "Don't worry, I had taken a pill before doing it!"

No doubt it was major shens but that thread was was some funny shit.
