Somewhere around 10 PBRs and 6 or so Labatt Blue.

Going back to school kinda curtailed my beer budget, hence the PBRs. That said, I have developed a taste for it. And I grew up on a border town drinking Labatt's and it's not too bad either.

I've been on a Whiskey/Scotch kick for the last month anyways. Haven't been drinking that much beer.

Just bought a house so...fuck.

21 Coors Light cans
3 Sam Adams new stuff...I can't remember the name. Something with lots of hops. It was pretty good.

Just got into home brewing about 4 months ago, and I have 5 English Browns and 5 Triple Hops. If you have the patience and interest then it's definitely worth the time and effort.

I got 12 bombers (22oz) of my double amber ale that I brew in the fridge. It's a 9%-9.5% amber ale that goes down like silk and hits bottom like a hammer.

I brewed up an imperial stout last weekend that will be heavy enough to drink without a glass. Sadly that won't be ready until the middle of March.

A few other dubbels and triples cellaring.

I need to hit the beer store.

I live in NY about 10 miles from the borders of both Canada and Vermont, and it's readily available up here. In Burlington, VT, most places have it on tap too.

When my Dad died a decade ago and I went down to Clearwater, FL to settle his estate, I was astounded to see they had Yuengling all over the place down there.

They must have a satellite/contract brewery somewhere, is what I'm thinking.

Yuengling a small, still independent brewery built into a hillside in Pottsville, Pa, not too far from where I live.

Hawk Mountain is close by, well worth going to despite the touristas: http://www.hawkmountain.org/History.php

Another honest, decent beer that is even "lower end" than Yuengling is Lionshead, also brewed in the great state of Pennsylvania at a large, long-operating independent brewery in Wilkes-Barre.

Apparently, it's creeping on out there, and is now available in NYC, Milwaukee and Chicago: http://www.beermenus.com/beers/lionshead-lager

It's $13 a case at my distributor, and was only $11 just a year and a half ago. It puts Bud and Miller, etc. to shame. No contest, really.

Btw, I never did answer the OP's question, so here goes:

In my fridge, I've got some Lionshead, some Joe Porter, a lovely coffee porter from the Philadelphia Brewing Company, some Stoudt's Scarlett Lady Ale (one of the pioneers of today's microbrew boom, also from the Commodious Commonwealth of Pennsylvania), a few remaining Saranac Irish Stout, and two beautiful bottles of my fave, Young's Double Chocolate Stoudt.

The Saranac brewery is located up in the Adirondacks of New York state. It's yet another old-line independent brewer with roots back to the 1800's: http://www.saranac.com/page/family-history.

You'll notice that except for the Young's, I do not regularly go in for the bleeding edge expensive types. It's beer, after all, and has long meant to be a local, inexpensive, all natural, grain-based refreshment.

Cheers!

Gonna give the World Wide Stout a blast tomorrow. If its good I'll probably go pick up 4-5 more bottles, and another 2-3 4 packs of Bourbon County Stout to cellar.

I had a Bell's out of my friends fridge, it was the only beer I've ever poured down the sink. Truly disgusting, I don't know if it was old or something but that was a truly bad experience.

One beer of one style is not representative of a brewery's entire catalog of beers. Try another one.

Two of my favorite microbrewers.

Yeah, Founders is great. Love their breakfast stout and porter. Haven't had anything else yet.

I love this beer. The first time I tried it I was not a fan but I gave it another shot and it grew on me quickly. It's definitely not for everyone though.

Too bad I can't find any place in this state that sells it.
