I've found that my post-work kickboxing class at my gym has me leaving in a much better mood then when I came in, which is usually pissed off. Nothing like blasting a thai pad as hard as you can for 3 minutes a pop to relieve some stress.

That and some Street Fighter (Alpha3, III:TS, and these days IV) are my top de-stressers until I hurt my hand at least...need to buy a joystick.
