What's your de-stress secret?

I've found that my post-work kickboxing class at my gym has me leaving in a much better mood then when I came in, which is usually pissed off. Nothing like blasting a thai pad as hard as you can for 3 minutes a pop to relieve some stress.

That and some Street Fighter (Alpha3, III:TS, and these days IV) are my top de-stressers until I hurt my hand at least...need to buy a joystick.

I spend all day reading and writing on the computer at work - so when I'm at home I want to be away from the computer (save for some TF2 playing - Aye, I'm a black Scottish cyclops.) I find myself reading books and writing on paper. Works for me.

Same but with boxing. I've been working hard on correcting a lot of coping behavior that I've had for a long time and it's getting better but it still stresses me.

Theres nothing like sparring to just get rid of some negative energy.

i can only relax to music when i'm relaxed...it helps to make a good situation better. Otherwise i feel music, regardless of the type, is too empty to really destress me lol.
