I'm going to paint my GTO primer black, put a ginormous supercharger on it that sticks out of the hood, and put a large brush guard on the front so I can go to work Mad Max style.

Amen to that sir. I like going 75-80 and everyone else insists on going 60-65 in the god damned left lane.

.8 miles.

It takes about 3 minutes. I pass 3 stop signs and sometimes have to wait on traffic to make my one right turn or my left turn.

15-20 minutes. Sometimes 30 minutes with bad traffic which is not uncommon in NJ.

It takes me about 20-25 minutes to do 10 miles from my driveway to my spot in the parking garage.

20 minute motorcycle ride to the ferry (nice roads, no traffic...I like this part)
20 minute ferry ride...assuming I don't miss the boat of course
20-30 minutes to where I park,
5 minute walk to work.

Anywhere from an hour (when everything goes right) to 1:40 depending on traffic, weather, and the boat. About 50 miles round trip.

Nowadays I don't work, and my commute to school is about 4 miles one way, but before I got hurt, I was commuting into the S.F. Bay area daily. Depending on the jobsite, it could have been 75 miles one way, or up to 125 miles one way. (those jobs sucked for me) The last job was 97 miles from my front door to the jobsite parking lot. In the morning, it took about 1:30-1:45 to get to work, (I left home by 0400 every day, ) but in the evening, the drive was usually 2:15 to 3:30 depending on weather, accidents, etc.
While I miss the work I did (for more than 30 years), I certainly don't miss the commute, and nowadays, if I have to make the trip to the bay area, it seems like it takes forever...

1.7 miles, I believe

I top out at 40mph. I only fill up about once a month. Last job I drove 14 miles each way and filled up every 10 days.

19 miles by highway, but it's undrivable, so I take local and it takes me 1:10 since I have to deliver wife, then drop kid off at daycare, then go park.
