My family owns a restaurant, and my dad can't make beef chow fun as good as other chinese restaurants :-\. But he can make some good lobster sauce and fried rice (none of that yellow sh!t ya see out there...)

Name of eggrolls I had when I was in Hanoi. Talk about GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD. Whew!!
I haven't been able to find any place here stateside that has even heard of them. Maybe it's cuz I was in Hanoi and most Vietnamese are from Ho Chi Minh? Not sure. I just know that they're goodgoodgood!

Khaw metmuang gratium prik thai. My absolute favorite Thai dish. Cashews and spicy beef w/ rice (think that's how to say it. And I think that's how to explain what it is Been a few years (5) since I've last ordered it.)

Baozi. Yum! The best I've had were in Beijing. No one else's came close.

Got one more fave from Japan, but can't think of the name for the life o' me. Peanut sauce that'll just make ya go nuts, tho'. *swooning* Y'all'll just have to read my mind

The best food I've ever had had to be when I looked at a menu and had no clue what it said. So instead, I let my 4 female companions order for me.... wow, I never knew there could be such food. I only wish I remebered the names!!!
