Hmm i love japanese food, especially Unagi (Eel)... have it with rice along with its sauce (Hmm not sure what sauce it was). Not too fond of sushi but absolutely love sashimi.

Man, I pretty much like all variations of asian food.

Some faves:

Pho, sushi (esp unagi/tobiko/kohada/saba), bulgogi. We have such a huge array of choices here in Atlanta thanks to our diverse populus, it's actually kinda hard to choose sometimes.

Not that I'm complaining, mind you. '
