Pretty much any movie's good with some alcohol to help it out That said, Fight Club is a pretty good one to watch while sloshed or while getting sloshed. Terminator 2 is another good one.

I sometimes watch kung pow enter the fist because it as extremely bad and I go get more drunk while watching it. I've tried watching it 3-4 times never finished always got to awesome for it. Also you can watch some transformers and take drink when they transform (prepare to get owned). But for an all around good laugh... go with Dirty Work or Shaolin Soccer.
