Indian food. I cook it probably 5+ days a week and still manage to eat at Indian restaurants a few more times a week. I generally cook:
1) Dry curries. This could be anything from cauliflower to Indian vegetables that you only seem to get at the international markets. All vegetarian.
2) Things like dosa, idli, etc.
3) Dahl. I loooove dahl. I tend to make it with dosakaya, spinach or tomato.
4) Biryani. My fiance makes a great biryani.
5) Lemon rice.
There are a lot of others, but we mostly stick to a curry + dahl. It's a good balance of protein, carbohydrate and fats.
