What's your favorite large chain pizza company?

Yeah, I was trying to be funny, but there are legit reasons to buy chain store pizza. Sometimes it's just way cheaper, or it's open later or something like that.

I usually end up eating it a couple times a year.

dominoes is by far the best currently, followed by papa johns. pizza hut is absolutely disgusting and i would NEVER pay for it and i regularly turn it down when offered.

I do too. I used to buy bagels at Sonny's in South Orange, NJ. You would walk in there and you could see the bagels boiling away in big vats. They would dump the fresh bagels into wire baskets right in front of you. They were delicious. Pretty much any other bagel maker in NY will be the same way.

DD bagels are like stale rolls compared to those things.

I almost always get local pizza or make my own but sometimes I have a hankering for inferior pizza. Hungry Howie's isn't available anywhere near here, so the few times I've had the opportunity to get it I've enjoyed it (in NC and MI). Pizza Hut's Pizza Mia is pretty good for chain pizza, and their pepperoni pizza rolls are artery cloggingly good.

1st ave one is better IMO. But make sure you don't ask them to toast it. My coworker asked to toast it by mistake and they gave him the stinkeye and said with a thick yiddish accent, "You want toast, you go to Dankin DOOnuts!"

I voted Domino's for "best chain pizza" not because I like the pizza - I don't particularly - but because they are the closest to me, they deliver quickly, they have lots of coupons/deals. We use them occasionally because relatives from out of town, or friends who are complete idiots, prefer the chain pizza places and it's silly to argue with them.

If you live in the greater NYC metro area and you buy chain store pizza or bagels from dunkin donuts, you are a certifiable fucktard.

Pizza Hut is my favorite of the chains. Unfortunately, Seattle has craptastic local pizza, so I eat from the chains all the time now. When I lived in Philly, I only ever ate at local places.

Tried Domino's once after their ads started running. I couldn't tell if their recipe had improved at all because it took them so long to deliver that it was disgusting by the time it showed up.

pizza hut. the new dominos doesn't really improve much. it went from disgusting to tolerable.

i love pizza hut fresh. the fake cheese is awesome. that's why america loves cheezits also.

The pan pizza is just awesome. It's almost deep-dish like and oily. The hand tossed dough is weak.
