Real Beef Tacos
grilled flank steak (marinated in lime juice, orange juice, pepper, salt, garlic, ancho peppers, cilantro, and olive oil)

served on soft flour tortilla with chihuahua cheese, salsa, sourcream, guacamole, refried beans, etc...

LOL, thanks for the replies! when I left earlier, I this thread had sunk down to 40 or so without any response! I was feeling like no one loved me! LOL

Rolled meat loaf....make your meatloaf as normal.......then flatten out on a sheet of wax paper. Make it so it is about 1/2" thick....and square. Put whatever you want on it, mushrooms, cheese, broccolli, etc. Then lift the end of the wax paper up....roll it into a log....drop it in the meatloaf pan.....and bake it.....when It gets done...you dump it out of the pan.....cut it in slices and have all your goodies rolled up inside......mmmmmm..mmmmm..mm

If youre in college:

Ingredients:
1 - Bowl
1 1/2 - Cups Water
1 - Box Ramen noodles w/seasoning

Preperation:
1 - Break up noodles
2 - Pour noodles and water into bowl
3 - Heat in microwave for 1 minute, stir, and replace in micorwave for another minute
4 - Stir in seasonings
5 - Enjoy!
