I love seafood, if I had the money and time I could probably come up with thousands of different ways of eating it. Coconut shrimp, grilled salmon with mango salsa, scallops with parmesan, fried calamari, crab legs or lobster tail with butter, tuna salad with freshly sliced tomatoes, crab stuffed mushrooms, etc..

I cannot choose a favorit type of cuisine. There are good and bad examples of pretty much all types.
