Depends on what I'm doing at the time:

Having dinner = wine. I'm partial to Australian and Oregon wines in particular.

After work/hanging out = beer (Belgian beers in particular, although we can't get most of them here in GA thanks to our stupid laws regarding %alcohol content in beers):|

Out on the town = Maker's on the rocks or Rum (good Barbados rum...not that Bacardi crap) and tonic.
