Per your most recent knowledge. I'm curious to see what the average playboy genius millionaire of ATOT has for a credit score. Don't worry, this poll is anonymous, so if you aren't a troll account, be honest.

Edit: Okay people are complaining about the poll ranges. I got these ranges off a website that breaks down credit score by a rating, ie, anything over 760 would be considered "top notch". So there's no point in a bin of 760-800 & 801-850.

If you guys reeeeeealllly care that much, I can start a new thread with bins mainly over the 660 range because I think editing the poll now will screw things up.

Last time I applied for a loan (6 months ago), it was in the 690 range. My credit report from my credit card company listed it around ~770 when I checked last week. It's probably somewhere in the middle, but I'm going high.

-EDIT- Also, why does the poll have so many low end options? My wife's credit got shot to hell through her early 20s and she's still above 620. How bad do you have to screw up to get a credit score in the low 500s?

I know a guy with just under 600 (he was a coworker of mine in the military). And he had like 4 accounts in collections plus was at like 95% of his credit card utilization 100% of the time. You have to be a phenomenal fuck up to have below that.

814 as per a loan I applied for last week.

(weird thing, I was approved at a great interest rate but only for $15,000 when I originally requested $25,000... curious to see how it goes down at the car dealership next week when I apply for financing, but worst case scenario I can always put a bigger down payment down or get my dad to cosign)

Yeah I should have probably broken the brackets down to favor more bins in the higher range. I figured not many people here would be under 600, but I wanted to reflect the table I found online that outlined the categories like, very poor, poor, under average, good, above average, very good & excellent.

You did it right. Anything over 760 is gravy.

If you ever want to see sad credit scores, try renting out your property. When my wife and I got married, we bought a house and we still had her condo. We tried to rent the condo out since the housing market was bad and we were in shock at the credit scores of the applicants. IIRC, the *HIGH* credit score was a tad over 600. We had one lady who had a credit score of 420 who tried to assure us that she paid her bills on time. We ended up just selling the place rather than dealing with that.

As far as the OP: 820 to 830 currently.

Around 680. My recent short sale made it drop 130 points overnight once it was reported to the credit bureaus.

I can only imagine what will happen if the short sale doesn't go through and I have to let them foreclose on the place!

I'll agree with that. I just signed a lease for a new place, and the guy said that there was another group of people who wanted to pay 200-300 more a month for the place but he liked us better as tenants, especially because of our credit score.

My roommates is like 830, mine is 810.

Looks like mine dropped over 60 points down to 704. Bought a house 3 months ago. Opened some new cards, closed others afterwards, bunch of inquiries and high balances I let go to statement. No need for excellent credit for a while.

your FICO® Credit Score is 819
(as of 07/14/14)

(you can get free FICO scores from your Discover Card now - Not sure if there is a limit or if you can do it whenever you want).

I think it is once per statement. As in, it updates once per statement, can you can view that score whenever (and it is unlikely that it changed between the time your statement hit and week or two later unless you knew something big was going to hit).

I've never bothered to find out. This thread has remembered me to due the annual fee credit report download.
