What's your first food of choice after being starved?

So I've been on a water diet since yesterday for a minor surgery later today and I'm starving but can't eat til later after it's done. Man, everything looks good now even a slice of plain bread. After I wake up from anesthesia this afternoon, I'm thinking of hitting the local bbq joint and order up a rack of juicy ribs, baked beans, and baked potato to stuff my face. Pizza was a close second. Any other better suggestion?

Oh man, now the big fat juicy burger sounds good. I'm thinking food I can literally stuff my face with and getting fulfilled. I love steak and sushi too but that's something to savor, you know, one bite at a time and enjoy - not gorged on. Forget the healthy rabbits food here.
