$4 or so for regular, but I buy premium and couldn’t even say for sure what it costs. It couldn’t be less consequential to my budget with how little I drive these days. Probably had more track miles than normal miles last year and I only went a handful of times.
2,25 € / liter in Germany, I think that works out to about 9$ a gallon. People in the US have a long way to go before they should start complaining about gas prices .
I remember when diesel was cheaper here, but now there is a 60¢ to 80¢ difference here. Regular gas today is $4.15 - $4.30/gallon, and diesel is $4.99 - $5.10. Diesel has been higher for many years. In Italy, we're paying about 2.07€ per liter for gas and 2.02€ per liter for diesel. I filled my diesel verhicle about 4 days ago and it cost about €82 for the tank.
Diesel has varied as to whether it's higher or lower in gas in my experience, at least during the years that I've owned a diesel (so 2013-2015 and 2020-now). Sometimes cheaper, sometimes not. Last October I paid $3.72 for regular in my Miata, but $3.45 for diesel in my TDI. But in December, diesel was ten cents more than regular when I filled up each of them.I remember when diesel was cheaper here, but now there is a 60¢ to 80¢ difference here. Does Italy/Europe require all diesel be low sulfur (15 ppm)?
Still, my diesel VW is cheaper per mile at 50MPG than the wife's Toyota at 22MPG. There are very few diesel cars on the road in the US, most are pickup trucks and larger.
Facebook post from a 'friend' yesterday saying they're quitting Facebook because they aren't getting enough sympathy when complaining about gas prices and their 15mpg truck. "How could we have predicted gas prices would get this high?" Like a spike in gas prices has never happened before let alone in their lifetimeUp to $3.99 at the closest station. Much whining from people roaring about town in 20-ish mpg vehicles.
Oh no! The consequences of his poor decisions....Facebook post from a 'friend' yesterday saying they're quitting Facebook because they aren't getting enough sympathy when complaining about gas prices and their 15mpg truck. Also they have no need for their truck. They don't tow anything and it's never seen a lumber yard or landscaping lot
