It is hard to say, yes, because stock cars are probably not going to be dynoed, so can only go by rated bhp. Modded cars aren't going to know bhp, and can only go by whp, but then, dynos are all different, so it's just an estimation
Ditto. Although the engine is notoriously underrated and the car is plenty quick. The only time I would ever notice the lack of power is when I drove it back to back with my old M3.
