Lots of course overlap, so might as well go for all three. It's like 120 units for each one, but 180 or something like that for all three combined.
Computer Science I could teach and I'm just going for the piece of paper. Physics is fun. But the engineering is what I'm benefiting the most from. While you can teach yourself to program and download or even pirate the necessary software free (for educational purposes of course), you can't exactly download a $10,000 oscilloscope and $20,000 logic analyzer to teach yourself RF systems and bus protocols... having access to a lab for the hands on 'see it for yourself' experience is a must.
