I HATE the morning and really wish I could wake up around 10 or 11, since I usually just can't sleep before about 2am as I am never tired at night. (delayed sleep onset something or other.)
I'm the same way. In fact when I don't have to go to bed early I tend to go to bed around 5-6am. I try to force myself to bed at 4am though. In summer it starts to get bright out around 5am so it's better if I can be in bed by then. Makes it easier to fall asleep. Melatonin works well but I don't want to make myself dependent on it so I only take it when I'm transitioning from night shift to day shift.
Anyhow, This is exactly a description of what I have been fighting my whole life.

Y'all get up EARLY.
I never eat breakfast. Least important meal of the day IMHO.
Y'all get up EARLY. I mean, I understand if it takes that long to get to work and you don't have a flexible schedule, but DAMN.

Me, I wake up around 8:00 when the wife's alarm gets up and she goes to work, fall back asleep until 8:30 when the cat jumps on me wanting to be petted, then once I get the cat to settle down I sleep in until 9 or so. Hit Snooze a couple of times, then get up, take a shower (shave every third day), dress, then get to work by 10. Work varies...I generally work 9 hour days, but sometimes it will be a bit shorter and sometimes quite a bit longer.

Whoa...that sounds familiar.
I've just been told by my co-workers that my morning routine is "odd". I've done this for years though, and it seems to keep me in shape:
1) wake up around 6:45am
2) get out of bed, do 50 arm stretches, 50 squats, 50 pushups, and 50 inclined pushups
3) take a multi-vitamin
3) take shower/shave/brush teeth/etc
4) get dressed
5) go to work
The only breakfast I eat is a handful of nuts/berries/or maybe a yogurt for some protein, then I eat a normal lunch and dinner. I workout before eating so my body will burn fat stores instead of calories, and have had pretty good luck with my goal of keeping my chest bigger than my stomach
I had to LOL at one person chastising me for skipping breakfast as "not being healthy", while he's one of those guys that has to spread his legs while sitting so his stomach can hang between them.
Sooooo....how do you start your day?
