Wake up early at 9 or 10am if I need to get some things done. Otherwise wake up at 11, 12 or 1 and take my time being lazy loafing around, maybe make some coffee and breakfast if I'm not that lazy. Shit, piss, shower, shave, brush teeth. Check my stuff on the computer, do any needed online banking, browse a bit or listen to music and leave for work some time after 3pm. Finish work at 12, either go out and party, go home and chill or go for a bike ride for a couple hours.

Not waking up with an alarm clock is awesome.

6:15am kids wakeup and giggle with each other then loudly ask if it's time to get up.
6:16am send the kids to wake the hibernating bear known as my wife who is not a morning person
6:20am the kids give up and i'm forced to move assorted coverings to force a zombielike shuffle to the bathroom
6:25am tell the potty trained one to use the toilet, tell the other to stop running around and let one of us to change her diaper and put her socks on.
6:30am peeing is done, socks are put on, get toothbrushes out and hand one to the wife to brush one while i wrangle the other
6:35am play choo choo train and carry the bigger one on my back with the younger one in front down the stairs, open the door and let one of them get the newspaper
6:37am someone gets milk, breakfast for kids on the table. kids optionally sitting at table
6:40am kids now sitting at table.
6:45am coffee, food, eating, wife now starting to wake up. newspaper gets screened.
7:00am head upstairs to change for work while watching sportscenter
7:10am keys, wallet, phone, watch check. chase kids for hug/kiss, grab wife for hug/kiss. off we go.

realize i havent used an alarm clock for 3 years now.

My shift at work usually starts at 4:30 AM. Sure is a big adjustment to make.

I used to work overnights too Actually wasn't too bad ... I would get to stay up until like noon every night, and then sleep all afternoon

Ugh...I would hate working 2nd shift. Seems like your whole day gets shot with that schedule.

It's not that bad. I just have to run any errands in the morning. Better than the 5am to 1pm shift. Getting up at 4am is bad enough. The day really drags for the last four hours. Afternoon drive is more spread out.

5:30 - wake up, coffee, cold water on the face and throw on workout/running gear, feed bunnies
5:45 - run/workout/yoga
6:45 - protein shake, shave, shower
7:00 - iron my shirt & slacks, pack lunch stuff and whatever else I need for the day
7:15 - grab keys/wallet/phone/jacket/umbrella then walk to work (~15 minute walk)

Times vary slightly of course, but that's generally how it goes. I generally take one morning off from working out during the week just to rest.

Super. Exciting. Stuff.

Well maybe Iit's different for me since I don't shower before work (that would be counter-productive).

I ALWAYS poop before I shower in the morning. That is the rule.

And yes, sometimes a last minute poop (after a night of spicy food) cannot be avoided

In that case baby wipes to the rescue

I shower 2 times a day. Sometimes during the dry season (high humidity) I shower like 3 or more times a day.
