I have red, ultra-flaky skin past my elbows because of excessive handwashing. I'm addicted to soap.

my sense of touch needs to be symetrical.
For instance, if I touch my right cheek, I will do the same to my left cheek otherwise I just feel weird.
If I touch a cold drink with one hand, I have to do it with the other as well.
If I'm walking around, I try to get the same amount of steps on each surface for both legs...for instance, if I start walking on concrete with my left leg, I try to make my right leg the last step before changing surfaces.
I'm not religious about all of these, and if I am paying attention, I won't do it, but I do have a tendancy to keep things even for both sides of my body.

OH.....where to begin with this one?
I would have to say whenever I start a task (especially cleaning something), I cannot under any circumstances just stop in the middle. I have to finish it completely no matter what else is going on around me or what ever else I have to do or wherever I have to be.

I count steps when I'm walking up and down stairs. I swear, I'm fucking Rainman when it comes to walking up and down the stairs in my house...there are 16 BTW. Sometimes I'll only count the steps I make on the carpet but I almost always count them. I also try to match things...like it I step on a crunchy leaf with my right foot I will go out of my way to crunch one with my left foot. I can't tell you how many OCD things I do related to the last one...there are many. Sometimes I'll realize I'm doing it and stop. Yeah, I'm messed up...
What is it about OCD? I know for a fact that I do many things that are OCD but haven't really checked into the psychology of it.

edit: Also, my wallet has 2 billfolds, in one of them I keep 1's and 5's, the other is for 10's and up, all face the same way, and are in order from least to greatest.

all my money in my wallet has to be facing the same way, and in the proper orientation... usually in numerical order. there's more, but I can't think of anything offhand.

I take words in my head and see if they split up evenly. As in, if they have an even number of letters.
I'll see the word "behavior" and quickly discern that it does, in fact, split in two even parts.
I guess that's the worst.
