I have none. Well, nothing that really works anyway. Which means it all stays there and I'm pissed most of the time. I really need to start smoking weed again. I was so much more mellow then. Even when I wasn't baked.

Yeah, most of the time. I mean, I'm not saying I forget about it, I just don't let the anger get to me. No point really. In tough situations you have to look at them as a whole and its effect for the next week, month, year, and beyond. If it won't matter next week forget it, or month for that matter. Obviously, if you can do something to make that month easier, do it, but many times if you just drink a glass of water and calm down, its easy to think about things.
