Why? Caffeine works just fine if you're not an addict...guilty and I don't care.:colbert; If you're not, 2 caffeine pills before cardio make your time/effort a lot better experience. Read an article that said you could get up to a 15% boost in endurance. No strength benefits but feeling like a boss after an hour riding is a very good thing.You sound like you use supplements. Eg. Steroids and other boosters such as uppers to jack yourself up when working out either before or after. A whatever it takes and I need something to give me an edge or something to take the edge off.
