when are we going to start seeing 90nm A64 3000+ and 3200+ cpus? with S-SOI

title says it all, i want an A64 3000+ or a 3200+ on 90nm with strained-si and SOI

when should we expect to start seeing these in the retail channels?

Because companies usually don't dive into the deep end, they like to get their feet wet first. In this case strained silicon is new to the 90nm process for AMD and they're using their guinea pig Semprons as test dumbies. Obviously if something goes wrong and the process can't clock high, that won't matter for Semprons because AMD doesn't need or want Semprons with high stock clock speeds.

I didn't know it was coming at all. Is this a different core? Is it on the roadmaps?

I'll be on the market for (another) 3200+ in the next 4-8 weeks. This may be worth waiting for if it isn't out by then.
