?? Just an option on the shipping page at check out. "Free Prime One Day Shipping for orders over $35." It's also an option in the search/product listing pages for me. Of course, I'm fairly close to Seattle, so being so close to one of their big DC's might have something to do with that.
I haven't had too many issues, except the day after Christmas I ordered something that was a little over $5 that has yet to ship (it was Prime eligible)... They did send me an e-mail saying it would be delayed, with a new delivery date of tomorrow, but it has yet to ship. I think they are hoping I cancel, since it was probably a price mistake (it is listed for $28 now), but I'll keep waiting until they ship it or cancel it.
