When does the 1/4 PCI Divider "KICK IN" on your 760/KT133A mobos?

I am wondering if they all get activated at 133FSB. I have the DFI AK76-SN (AMD 761) DDR mobo, and I would like to know if I'll be able to get a 1/4 PCI divider if I jumper the memory to 100FSB instead of 133FSB (I basically am hoping the 1/4 PCI divider might kick in somewhere between 117 and 132); otherwise, I'll just have to decrease my multiplier and increase the FSB above 133... Which motherboards have 1/4 PCI below 133 (I think Asus' does)?

So guys, all of your AMD motherboards have the 1/4 PCI divider kicking in around 120, not 133?

As I understand it, the PCI divider is linked to the default clock setting. If the default clock setting is 100MHz, the divider is fixed to 3. If the default clock is 133MHz, then the divider is set to 4. Hence, it's best to set the default clock to 133MHz, rather than leave it at 100 and then set a higher FSB in the BIOS.

IdahoB, thanks for your comment. Actually, I already knew that much; I am just trying to find out when will the 1/4 pci divider kick in at below 133Mhz. I want to know which motherboard handles this "issue" the best!
