And honestly, the woman is unattractive. So what? Comparing mocking an ugly person to mocking someone who has been viciously mutilated? Are you fucking insane? This girl is living in a good country, presumably middle class. Compared to the majority of the world's population, she lives a charmed life. Ultimately, it doesn't make a lick of difference whether she fits into our society's definition of beauty or not. But for those who are saying that she just needs makeup are being a little too optimistic. It's obvious from looking at her that she has masculine features, ranging from the eyes, nose, lips, and jawbone. She probably has hormonal issues which would explain the acne and heightened testosterone level.

the Acne is probably from her Meth usage, I live in one of the top 5 Meth Counties in the US see tweekers with the Acne, her skin color and weird blotches all the time. She needs more than an Acne treatment.

I guess since rehab would clear up the Acne she should look into rehab.

I think it's hormonal, not due to meth. She has mannish features, and while meth won't do that, testosterone will.
