i think dicaprio is one of the few extremely talented actors out there that can play pretty much any role. don't really care who gets oscars though.

would definitely put him above denzel. denzel is a good actor, but he plays denzel in every movie.

I don't see him winning for The Wolf of Wall Street. I thought he was great, don't get me wrong. It is just not the type of movie that wins you awards. Sadly, I think Joaquin Phoenix will win it. Her just looks terrible.

I haven't seen Nebraska, Inside Llewyn Davis, or Her -- but between Leo and Christian Bale, I'd give it to CB. And that's after I had "award hope" for Leo after seeing the Wolf of Wall Street. CB was just better in American Hustle.

Amazingly great actor, as good as any actor during Hollywood's golden age. For Leonardo DiCaprio not to possess an Oscar defines the worthlessness of the entire event. I feel the same about the Grammy's and the Beatles.

agreed. except i am a fan of Denzel but yes it's true, he plays Denzel in each movie. he plays a damn good Denzel but nonetheless he is a 1 trick pony, for now.

I think he's a pretty good actor. The reason he hasn't won is probably something stupid like he snubbed an Academy member at a party or something. Hollywood has their heads shoved so far up their asses, they can see daylight.
