When I hear CS I think, "why are we still playing a game that is old and crappy when we have Unreal Tournaments Tac Ops which is exactly like CS with better graphics AND gameplay"
however, i usually think of Counter-Strike at home, but when im in school reading the forums or anything else, CS = Computer Science (most of the time...)
depends on the context, I play with both comp sci and counter strike equally so I have the ability to read the rest of the sentence and figure the meaning out based on context. It's one of those little reading comprehension skills I picked up during second grade

First of all, the graphics aren't terrific, but they are serviceable and they run fast on nearly ever computer. The HL netcode is much smoother than UT, and Tac Ops is not nearly as polished as Counter-strike.
