Where Are The Gigabyte GA-X48-DQ6 Motherboards?

Just got back from best buy and tried the corsair 667mhz 1gb ddr2 and it still just does the rebooting loop. I tried one of my friends power supplies and it didnt work with his either. My power supply is Thermaltake PurePower 700 Watt ATX 12V 2.3. I think the part # is W0317RU. The other thing I thought it would be was the bios does not detect my cpu but I also tried my friends Q6600. Maybe the bios cannot detect his cpu either? But I dont know maybe you can help. That is why I am here, have to keep trying until Tues anyway when GB Tech Support comes back to work.

Again here is my setup.

GA-X48-DQ6 Motherboard
Q9550 Cpu
Kingston HyperX 800mhz DDR2 (2)2GBs
Gigabyte 9800 GT
Thermaltake 700w Purepower

When I had mine it would reboot several times upon first boot, as it has 8 phase power or what ever many. That is a built in thing but if it just keeps doing it then that is different. Check the pins in the CPU socket, look good make sure none are bent if they are you could try a small pin or ask a jeweler if he can do it. Another idea is remove the board completely from the case to make sure it is not a grounding issue. Also try it with out the keyboard plugged in. Not much else I can think of, but try hitting delete when it does boot that will take it into the bios if you get that far make sure to set the memory to spec. voltages.

One last thing I do not see your memory on the supported list, I had G-skill 800 and 1066 and the Pi 1100 all worked fine.

Is that link to DDR3 ? for 48T? or am I wrong? I have a x48 with ddr2 ram.

Should be for the X48-DQ6 i know there are two different ones........
