AS the title states, I have done some searching, and it appears that most mfgrs are releasing these as fll height cards.. I need one for my SFF PC! does anyone know when these will be released?

The best you'll be able to do is a low-profile HD6570 DDR3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...d=1&name=GDDR3. This card will be just slightly faster than an HD5570, as it has the same specs other than 20% more stream processors and ROPs: http://www.anandtech.com/show/4278/amds-radeon-hd-6670-radeon-hd-6570. At $20 more than the HD5570 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102875), it comes down to your budget and need for the slight boost in performance.

Even the HD6570 DDR5 cards are MIA. That would have been a pretty good alternative.

I currently hae a LP 5570 in this dell sff rig of mine. the 6670 was going to be it's final upgrade before retirement. I guess I will be patient and continue the search...

2 weeks later and still nothing! I managed to find a 6570 with GDDR 5 and sure enough, it was a full height card... figures... anyone see a 6670 low profile out in the wild yet? heck if I had a way to buy the AMD reference version that all the review sites have shown I would! does AMD sell direct? Im thinking not unless I am an OEM...

A GT 430 is more comparable to a last-gen Radeon HD 5570.

I currently am using a 5570, and by the looks of things, thats how it will be staying for a while.

You could always pair the HD 6570 with an A8-3580 APU and have yourself an HD 6630D2.

Probably as close as your going to get to a low-profile HD 6670.
