Where are the regular nefs?

Sorry about the ig-nant post... but I understand the concept of "neffing" (posting for no real reason.... and generally they are stupid posts, I guess), but what does "NEF" mean.

to be a nef means one who partakes in neffing (ala the original person whose name was NEF)
