i would prefer not to use grease as it is not permanent......the guys in the THG video were using conductive silver lacquer.....so it must not be that hard to find.......any ideas
I bought a conductive pen from the RadioShack website. Its called a "CircuitWriter". I think I searched under "conductive ink pen" at the radioshack website to find it. The catalog numbe is 91-3890. It was about $12.50 US with shipping. Its made by Caig Laboratories.
Do you have a MicroCenter near you? The one where I live has a nice little section with cool screwdriver sets, soldering irons, and associated stuff for the home electronics hobby person. I believe the last time I looked they had conductive lacquer there in that section.
Circuit board repair conductive ink is sold by electronic parts supplies. Circuit Works is a brand that comes in pen form, and M.G. Chemicals sells some conductive coating, some nickel, some silver. Fry's sells M.G.'s products.
Does wal mart sell the rear windshield defroster paint???? IF not, who sells it?? IS it better than say a conductive pen and which is easier to clean up?
