Where do you guys get your 1.6a????

I am thinking about getting that chip along with the asus p4b266. I was just wondering where you got your chip and how far did you oc.

I got my 1.6A from newegg.

Went up to 2.2Ghz with stock heatsink/fan/AS2/default voltage...haven't tried any higher.

Newegg was out of the 1.6a and P4S333 when I was ready to buy so I bought the combo from Mwave.com, paid 2$ more than Newegg's price. I run mine@2208mhz/ 1.525v/ Idle 37.5C load 45C w/stock cooling and as many others have stated, I haven't tried going higher.....YET

Got my Asus P4S333 mobo today and now just waiting to order my PC2700 ram.

I ordered my 1.6a from Googlegear. Can do 150 fsb (2400) at default cpu and ram voltage, Prime95 stable. It's a Costa Rica chip.

how about the ram. I was thinking about the Mushkin ram, the ddr special. Or should I stick with crucial?

I use Crucial PC2100 DDR but then again, I only overclocked to 2.2Ghz and won't go any higher.
