Prima sites are nice, but I'd stay away from a couple of them (Bet365 and Royal Vegas come to mind).

Depending on your limits, there are a bunch of other sites I could recommend.

I just did the reload at Paradise and there are a LOT of fish at the $200NL level. In 1,000 raked hands I made $300 plus the $100 in bonus money.

Ultimate Bet is also one of my favorites, since they always have a reload and the tables are pretty soft.

Partypoker should work for that, I don't play there but I read there are a lot of loose-passive players there.

I should also add that almost any poker site will do, for lower-limit tables there's no shortage of soft tables regardless of the site.

pokerstars is good at the micro limits because there is no rake. I recommend you buy and study Getting Started in Hold Em and Small Stakes Hold Em. And read the beginners and micro limit forums at www.twoplustwo.com Those steps alone will make you the best player at almost every table at those limits.
